Alumni

Green MBA graduates work in a variety of capacities. Some start their own businesses, many are working as consultants, and others are intrapreneurs in both large and small business settings. The strong bond developed among students continues after graduation.

Faculty and Staff

Our faculty is guided by School of Business and Leadership Dean Gary Williams and GMBA Program Director Lauralee Barbaria. The Green MBA faculty is a dynamic team of professional and academic leaders, providing our students with challenging, transformational and cutting edge insight into how to build and lead sustainable organizations. Faculty expertise includes environmental law and public policy, executive-level corporate sustainability management, environmental consulting, green and social marketing, critical and systemic thinking, economics, and strategic planning.  All faculty members are committed to environmental and social responsibility on a professional and personal level.

Students

Green MBA students come to the program with a rich variety of life experience and work backgrounds, including corporate environments, technology, non-profit management, local government, e-commerce, graphic design, art, finance, music, and biology. We currently average about 120 students in any given semester. Below is a sampling of some of our students and what they have to say about their Green MBA experience thus far.

What people are saying about the GreenMBA

"The students were helpful in focusing our efforts and our actions.  They provided resources, tools and suggestions for immediate steps we could take in our company to be more environmentally friendly.  We have a much better understanding of sustainability and plan to work with another group of students to further our efforts."
